- Health: make an appointment at the clinic, move or cancel an appointment with a doctor, you can now online in a convenient chat. Just tell the bot the number of the OMS policy.
- Transport: check and pay traffic fines online by number, find out the history of your car. At your request, the bot will send a notification about the evacuation of the car and new fines. You will need a driver's license number, STS, VIN and vehicle license plate.
- Contact center: operators are ready to help you around the clock in resolving issues related to receiving government services and the operation of the My Moscow application.
- City news: find out in a couple of minutes all the most important things that happen in Moscow and in your area.
